The short film MANDALA, directed by Behnam Khosravi, has been selected for the official section of MISAFF (Mosaic International South Asian Film Festival) in Canada. MISAFF is recognized on the list of festivals qualifying for the Canadian Screen Awards.
MANDALA previously screened at the 10th edition of the TINFF (Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival), where it won the award for Best Experimental Short Film. TINFF is also a qualifying festival for the Canadian Screen Awards and Telefilm Canada. Counting this latest selection, MANDALA has now screened at a total of 8 international festivals.
